You’re not into the traditional wedding thing. You’d rather share your vows somewhere magical, like a cliffside at sunrise or a quiet beach dappled with palm trees just the two of you (and maybe a few people who know you best). You want to start your marriage in a way that actually reflects your relationship: real, intimate, and full of adventure.
The pressure of outside opinions.
Being the center of attention all day.
The stress of planning a big wedding.
I’ve been capturing love stories since 2014, and Hawaii is hands-down my favorite place to be. The diversity here is unreal—where else can you go from golden beaches to lush rainforests, jagged mountains, and volcanic cliffs all in one day?
I’m a Hawaii elopement photographer who also helps couples plan their entire elopement experience. I know the best secret beaches, what permits you’ll need, the timing for dreamy golden hour light, and how to make the whole day feel like a story you’ll want to relive over and over again.
What makes it even more special for me is that one of my best friends is a Hawaii native, and I’ve had the privilege of exploring the islands through a deeper lens. I love sharing my favorite spots with couples seeing it for the first time—always with a deep respect for the land, the culture, and the people who call it home.
Whether you're here for the views, the quiet moments, the epic adventure, or (let’s be honest) the bomb seafood—Hawaii just hits different. It's magic that never gets old, and I can't wait to show it to you.
I'm not just your Hawaii Elopement photographer, I'll plan your elopement day from start to finish!
I'll be your brainstorm specialist, planning wizard and adventure buddy. My specialties are...
We'll keep planning your Hawaii elopement chill with a couple fun calls and a quick questionnaire so I can really get to know you both. This helps me create a custom adventure that’s totally your vibe for the big day!

Salisha was a dream to work with!! She was on top of EVERYTHING! She took the time to help me build a timeline not just for my wedding, But things I needed to get done prior to my wedding as well , making sure my vendors were lined up properly. She was there every step of the way. Her communication skills are amazing! She always got back to me right away. Not to mention, she’s a BOMB Photographer. I love how my photos turned out and would highly recommend her! And definitely will be using her in the future!!
Too many couples let stress steal the joy out of what should be one of the most meaningful days of their lives.
You deserve to feel excited—not confused or overwhelmed. Without the right support, it’s easy to waste time, miss important details, or end up with a day that doesn’t feel like you. Let’s skip the chaos and focus on the magic.
You wake up slow with ocean views, slip into your wedding attire, and walk hand-in-hand through the sand to your ceremony spot. You exchange vows under swaying palms with the sound of waves in the background. It’s peaceful, emotional, and honestly… perfect.
And the best part? You don’t have to worry about a thing. Your whole day was planned with intention, and every meaningful moment was captured with care. All this the result of a decision you made now!
You chose to elope for the intimacy and adventure right? So let's not share those private vows in front of a crowd full of nosy tourists.
If you're looking for something fresh and new that you haven't seen on a dozen influencer's pages, then don't forget to pack those hiking boots... I'm happy to share some off-grid gems for you to call your own.
Salisha’s talent and attention to detail is beyond words incredible! Her communication during the planning process was so amazing and made everything stress-free leading up to the big day! Salisha also knows her way around Maui which was such a relief to us since it was our first time on the island. All the photos turned out better than I could’ve ever imagined! She made all of our visions and dreams come to life even better than we had hoped. Plus, Salisha is extremely comfortable to shoot with and felt like a part of our family during all of it, so our private vows still felt extremely intimate. I would recommend her to anyone for anything, but especially Hawaiian elopements!
Not unless you want to! There are a great many gorgeous locations to elope without a difficult trek! Just make sure you let me know if you want to hike or not so we can plan your day around accessibility!

A typical elopement day would start with sharing a cup of coffee together, getting ready and a first look at your lodging, driving to our first location to get some stunning photos, after that we usually plan some fun activities for you to share, like a picnic lunch, enjoying some cocktails, or cutting a small cake. After our activity we can travel to our last location to exchange vows together while the sun-sets. This general outline can be customized in any way. Elopements give you the freedom to do whatever you want together!

Every wedding day is unique, but I generally deliver a minimum of 50 images per hour of photographer coverage. I cull through each frame I've captured to weed out any duplicate images as well as those that don't meet my standards, so you only get the best!

Depending on where your location is, you may or may not need a permit. After you’ve decided where you’re eloping I will research and obtain the permit requirements for that area. It’s basically a document signed by the park office that says you’re allowed to do your ceremony there. Permits are pretty simple to obtain and they help assure privacy for your day while also protecting the land and wildlife.

Of course! You can definitely include members of your family in your elopement plans, as long as they are up for the adventure! I recommend inviting only the people you know will help keep the day’s focus on YOU! Some couples prefer to include a very small group (or no one) at the elopement ceremony and then they plan a reception or party to follow on the date or at a later date. Just keep in mind that some locations may have a maximum guest count.
